Description

USES

Use on interior/exterior natural stone, marble, granite, limestone, brick, slate, unglazed tile, grout, and masonry surfaces. Works on most porous architectural substrates.

APPLICATION

Read the entire label before using. The surface must be clean and free of existing sealers, waxes, or other coatings. Apply and saturate surfaces using a paintbrush, paint roller, paint pad/applicator, clean towel, or low-pressure sprayer with no more than 25 psi. You also may buff sealer into stone surfaces. Note: Do NOT Aerosolize. If 2 or more coats are required, allow the previous coat to be dry to the touch before applying the additional coat. Multiple light coats will perform better than one heavy coat. Achieves a full cure in 24 hours. Some highly porous surfaces may require an additional coat after a full cure. The floor can be walked on as soon as the final coat is dry to the touch and any residue is removed.

GROUT RELEASE APPLICATION: For new installations, follow the application procedure above. Allow to cure a minimum of 30 minutes before applying grout. TEST A SMALL AREA according to application instructions with a 24-hour cure time to determine desired results. Test for stain repellency using likely contaminants.

HANDLING AND STORAGE

Close the container tightly after each use. Store in the original container in a cool, dry area. Dispose of residue or any unused leftover product in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements.

LIMITATIONS

Do not allow the sealer to come in contact with any non-recommended surface as the product is not completely removable. Sealers and finishes should not be used before or after the use of Advanced Hybrid Sealer. Sealer will not prevent surface wear or protect from acids or caustic chemicals.

CAUTIONS

Use in well-ventilated areas. Do not use this product with high-pressure sprayers. Use low-pressure sprayers with no more than 25 psi. Do not aerosolize. Avoid prolonged skin contact. Rubber gloves and eye protection should be worn during application. IF INGESTED: Seek medical attention immediately. EYE CONTACT: Flush with large amounts of water for 10-15 minutes. Consult a physician if needed. SKIN CONTACT: Wash immediately with soap and water. Remove contaminated clothing, If irritation persists, seek medical attention. INHALATION: relocate to fresh air.
